Carl Setting Description - Week 1 and 2

Describing a setting

WALT add details and interesting vocabulary to support our ideas.
WALT use directional language in our writing.

Title:
What can be seen?
A tall temple, a water source covered with moss, an old broken down floor, carvings carved into the wall,
What can be heard?
The trees rustling, water slowly moving, animals moving through  the trees and bushes, the birds chirping,
What can be smelt?
The smell of moss, the smell of dead animals,  
What can be felt?
Stone, moss, vines, carvings, roots from trees, trees, water,

You are going to write below.

Think about how you can:
  • Add detail to your ideas using interesting vocabulary.
  • Use directional language (in front of, behind, to the left of…) to make connections between your ideas.

Write here:
I can see and old broken down temple that has been hiding for thousands of years. above a water hole where the floor has broken. Also i can see old ancient carvings of the old aztec













religion of their god perched on a window it seems like. I can smell moss dropping from the trees. and surrounding my body making me sneeze.
